Payment & Shipping Times

We accept most credit card/debit cards and PayPal.

Most orders are shipped from Guernsey on the same day if received before 11.30am.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.

UK orders are presently shipped via First Class Mail which takes approximately 1 - 3 working days.

European orders are presently shipped via First Class Mail which takes approximately 3 - 7 working days.

International orders are presently shipped via First Class Mail which takes approximately 3 - 7 working days.

UK, Europe and International Shipping & Handling

All UK, European and International shipping & handling is FREE.

Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.

Customs and Import Policies

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal remedies and homeopathic products for personal use and in countries such as Australia you may need to obtain a licence in order to receive herbal or homeopathic remedies and it is your (the customers) sole responsibility to check with their own country's import policies before placing your order. Should your order be held or seized by customs then you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sorry but we don't ship to North Africa, South or Central Africa. For customers who are based in Africa these products are available online at www.feelgoodhealth.co.za

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. GoHerbal (Guernsey) Limited (www.enaturalremedies.co.uk) will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. GoHerbal (Guernsey) Limited will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. GoHerbal (Guernsey) Limited will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. GoHerbal (Guernsey) Limited will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.

Returns

Refunds and Reshipments

As orders are shipped from Guernsey. Customers must allow 10 working days before we refund your order or ship a replacement. For refunds you must return your order to the address below.
