Passiflora: - has been extensively used by naturopaths as a calmative and to reduce irritability, restlessness and anxiety. It acts as a natural tranquilizer, without further aggravating the symptoms of depression, which can happen with the use of some herbs like Valerian.

How long until improvement is seen?
MindSoothe Jr. contains two different ingredients, which act in different ways.
The Passiflora takes effect very quickly, especially when presented in tincture form. You should notice that your child is calmer, less irritable and less easily frustrated.

How long should a child take MindSoothe Jr and why?
It is important that MindSoothe Jr. be used regularly as recommended. Continue use for about 6 months and then gradually taper off over a period of about 3 weeks. If symptoms do not return it will not be necessary to continue treatment.
